Your website has problems a scanner can find in four minutes.
We find them first, fix them, and hand you the proof.

The Compliance-Safe Web Pack for dental practices. A full audit of your site’s accessibility failures and tracking-pixel exposure, the repairs done on your own pages, and the documentation to show for it. Flat $1,997. About five days.

If you arrived here from a teaser audit, this page covers your findings, fixed: what the pack includes, what it costs, and what happens after you order.

The problem, in the words practice owners actually use

“We got a letter.”

That is how most practices meet this issue. A law firm runs an automated scan across thousands of practice websites, collects the ones with accessibility failures, and sends demand letters to the list. No patient ever complained. No regulator visited. A scanner found the site, and the site was on the list.

The numbers behind the letters:

The second problem is quieter. Most practice sites load advertising pixels (Meta is the common one) on every page, including the appointment page and the contact form. On the pages where a visitor types patient details — booking, intake forms, portal sign-in — those scripts can be present for all of it. Regulators noticed. Plaintiffs noticed. The chain that paid $18.7M noticed last.

Neither problem requires a bad intention or a bad website. Both are sitting on well-built, expensive sites all over the country, because the people who build practice websites were asked for attractive and fast. Nobody asked them for this.

What the pack includes

1. The Audit Report

Every key page checked: accessibility failures grouped by severity with screenshots of your actual pages, a full inventory of every tracker and pixel on your site and the pages it loads on, and a one-page risk summary written in plain English. The report is findings, not a legal opinion, and says so on page one.

2. The Fix

Remediation of your home, services, and booking/contact pages: contrast, alt text, heading structure, keyboard navigation, form labels and errors. Pixels removed from patient pages or fenced so they cannot fire there. Built on a staging copy. Nothing goes live without your approval.

3. The Hygiene Pack

Google Business Profile checked, including a review-response pass (staff confirming a reviewer is a patient in a reply is a real and avoidable problem). Intake forms reviewed: what they collect, where submissions land, who sees them. A written handover of everything changed and removed.

How it works

  1. Order and intake. Ten minutes: site access, hosting details, who built the site.
  2. Audit. Days 1–2. Full run, report drafted.
  3. Your review. Day 3. The report lands. You approve the fix list, or push back on any finding. Pushback is free and corrections are written.
  4. Fix and handover. Days 3–5. Fixes staged, approved, live. Final report with after-screenshots and the change log.

Then it ends. A 14-day window covers defects in our work. After that there is no plan to renew, no dashboard to check, no account manager. Your site, your accounts, your paperwork.

Price

$1,997. Once.

The honest context: bought reactively, after a letter, this work costs the settlement (roughly ~$4,000–$16,000) plus the same fix anyway (roughly ~$6,000–$20,000 bought in a hurry), and settling never includes repairing the site. Our price is lower because the audit is systematic and because there is no agency attached to it. The price on this page is the price at checkout. No setup fee appears later. No per-page charge exists.

You can split it: $997 to start and $1,000 at delivery, with the second payment due before final handover. The total stays $1,997.

To start today: our checkout is being set up this week. Reply to the email or audit that brought you here and we will send your payment link directly. Nothing about the work changes: intake starts the day payment lands.

Start with the full audit — $249. The full Audit Report on its own: the scan and the findings report, covering every key page. It includes no fixes and no Google Business Profile pack. If you order the pack within 30 days, 100% of the $249 is credited toward it.

The guarantee

If we fail to deliver any item listed in this pack, or our audit misses an entire class of issue we said we would check, we fix it free or refund your $1,997. Your call.

This guarantee does not promise you cannot be sued, and it does not promise a court or regulator will agree with our work. No honest seller can promise either. What we deliver is the problems found, the problems fixed, and dated documentation that you handled it seriously.

One payment of $1,997, or split it: $997 to start, $1,000 at delivery. That is the total.

Questions

Are you lawyers?
No. Stated here, in the report, and in the guarantee. This is technical audit and repair work. If you have an attorney, the report is formatted to be handed to them.
Will this make my practice compliant?
It removes the documented failures and gives you dated proof of the work. “Compliant” is a legal conclusion, and anyone who sells you a certificate of immunity is selling paper. We sell the findings, the fixes, and the record.
Is this a scare tactic?
The findings are screenshots of your own site. The lawsuit count above is a law firm’s published filing count and the $18.7M is a reported settlement, both checkable in minutes; the two ranges are rough industry estimates, labeled as such. Fear would be inventing a deadline or a personal threat. There is none. Practices with clean audits exist, and when we run one we say so and charge nothing.
My web company handles this.
Ask them for a written findings report with screenshots, covering accessibility and every tracker on your patient pages. If they produce a good one, use it in good health. In our experience the request itself is the test.
What if my site needs a rebuild instead?
The audit will say so if it’s true. A bundled rebuild brings the total to $4,997, built accessible from the start. It is offered once, at delivery of the report, and only when patching would be the dishonest option.
What do you need from me after I order?
Ten minutes and site access. Approvals at day 3 and day 5. That is the whole commitment.
